Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Rental agreements
Online reservations hold a vehicle class, not a specific make or model. The rental agreement signed at pickup, including age, license, deposit and insurance requirements shown on our Rental Requirements page, governs your rental. Rates shown on this website are sample figures and exclude taxes, airport concession recovery fees and facility charges.
Use of trucks and vans
Trucks and cargo vans may not carry passengers in the cargo area, tow trailers, or be driven on roads where trucks are prohibited, including Lake Shore Drive. Damage caused by striking overhead structures is excluded from all damage waivers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL.
